General Terms and Conditions of the Fresh Up Driving School

1. Registration
Registration for courses and driving lessons is done by phone or by writing to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. via an online form, SMS, Whatsapp, or Email.
The registrations will be considered in the order of their arrival.

2. Confirmation of registration and course offer
The receipt of the registration is confirmed subject to the organization of the course. The definitive course confirmation will be sent approx. 2-4 working days after registration. If no course confirmation is received, a report must be made to the Fresh Up secretariat.

3. Underbooked courses / overbooked courses
If a course must be canceled due to under-enrollment, the office will attempt to re-advertise the course on another date. In this case, registered persons will be notified on time. If a course is overbooked, an additional course on the same topic can be organized.

4. Cancellations/no-shows
For cancellations without substitution after the invitations have been sent out, the following processing fees will be charged: less than 10 days and up to 3 days before the start of the course, a flat rate of CHF 100.- For cancellations of less than 3 days or unexcused no-shows, 100% of the course price will be charged. If serious reasons (e.g. medically certified illness or accident) can be given for the absence, the office can grant a reduction. Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.

5. Absences during the course
There is no right to a refund of course fees due to absences. For the course to be credited, attendance during the entire course is required.

6. Terms of payment
The price of the training/course will be invoiced to the participant with the confirmation of the registration and the course application. Payment must be made upon receipt of the invoice or on the day of the course at the latest.

7. Driving lessons insurance
The compulsory insurance covers damages to the driving school vehicle and to third parties. The insurance fee will be charged at the 1st lesson. In the event of damage, the driving school will in principle assume the full costs incurred. Damage caused intentionally by the student is fully covered by the student. Traffic violations during the driving lessons will be borne by the student.

7.1. Insurance Course
Insurance is the responsibility of the course participants. Participants are therefore responsible for ensuring that they have adequate insurance cover. The use of the course premises is at your own risk. Fresh Up Driving School cannot be held liable for theft or loss of items.

8. Program and price changes
Program and price changes, as well as changes in the general terms and conditions, are reserved.

9. Place of jurisdiction
For all legal relations with the driving school, Fresh Up Swiss law is applicable.
