CZV training
The training for the CZV examination depends on when the cat. D1/D or C1/C was completed.
Who can take the CZV training?
In principle, the following applies: Persons who transport people or goods for commercial purposes need this training. The frequency of this activity does not matter. (i.e. the CZV training is also required for a one-off journey for payment).
Who needs which training?
Who needs which CZV training and which CZV exam depends on various factors. To get a rough overview, some definitions are listed below:
Freight transport: Cat. C1/C
Passenger transport: Cat. D1/D
Under old law: Cat. D1/D acquired before 01.09.2008 or C1/C acquired before 01.09.2009
Under new law: Cat. D1/D acquired after 01.09.2008 or C1/C acquired after 01.09.2009
